Acceptance of Terms

By using the Saasis bot ("the Bot," "we," "us," or "our") or the Saasis dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You are required to accept these Terms during onboarding before you can use the bot.

Description of Service

Saasis is a Discord and Telegram bot that provides AI-powered assistance through various plugins and features. The web dashboard at dashboard.saasis.net allows you to manage your plugins and data. The service offers a free tier with limited credits, as well as paid subscription plans for additional usage.

AI-Powered Responses

Third-Party AI Services

• The bot uses third-party AI services to generate responses. The current list of providers is maintained in our Privacy Policy
• Your messages are sent to these services for processing
• Providers may be added or removed at any time as the service evolves
• You may optionally use your own API keys (BYOK) for supported providers, subject to that provider's terms
• Important: AI responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unreliable

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the service for:

• Personal assistance and productivity
• Entertainment and social interaction
• Educational purposes
• Any lawful activity

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Adult/sexual content or services
• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Spam or excessive automated requests
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Attempting to exploit or harm the service
• Commercial use without permission (subject to change)

Service Availability

Service Level

• We provide the service "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee specific uptime or availability
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues
• Features may change or be removed - we will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible

Discontinuation

• We reserve the right to discontinue the service, in whole or in part
• We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuation when feasible
• In case of discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to allow users to export their data

User Accounts and Data

Account Information

• No formal account registration required - we identify users by platform IDs (Discord/Telegram)
• You're responsible for your use of the service

Data Usage

• Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy
• By using the bot, you consent to data processing described in our Privacy Policy
• You may request data deletion at [email protected]

Plugins and Features

• The bot uses a plugin system - plugins may be added, modified, or removed
• Each plugin may have additional data handling practices described in its privacy policy at saasis.net/plugins
• Third-party plugin development is not currently supported
• We may enable third-party plugins in the future with additional terms

Monetization and Fees

Credit System

• AI-powered features consume credits based on usage (tokens processed)
• A free tier is available with a limited credit allowance, which may change at any time
• Paid subscriptions provide additional credits and may include other benefits
• Using your own API keys (BYOK) does not consume system credits

Pricing Changes

• We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allocations, and tier benefits
• We will provide reasonable notice before material pricing changes
• Free tier availability, limits, and features may change without notice

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• Saasis name, bot, and original content are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary code or content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of messages and content you submit
• By using the service, you grant us license to process your content for service operation
• You represent that you have rights to any content you submit

Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Damages

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED to €100 or equivalent
• This includes damages from AI responses, service interruptions, or data loss
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

Termination

Your Rights

• You may stop using the service at any time
• Request data deletion through [email protected]
• Withdraw consent for data processing

Our Rights

We may terminate or suspend access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For abuse of the service or other users
• At our discretion with or without cause
• Without notice in cases of severe abuse

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be announced through the bot or website
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, stop using the service

Governing Law and Disputes

Applicable Law

• These Terms are governed by European Union law and local applicable law
• Disputes resolved under jurisdiction where the service operator is located

Dispute Resolution

2. Mediation: We encourage mediation for significant disputes
3. Legal Action: Local courts have jurisdiction if informal resolution fails
